Statuses

Awaiting Client

An invoice in Awaiting Client is waiting on an action from your client or company paying you. This might mean it hasn't yet been funded (via payroll or directly) or it needs approval. Wingspan will process your invoice to you once this action has taken place.

In-progress

An invoice in the in-progress state has been funded by a payer (your client or paying company.) This invoice will be sent to you on it's due date or can be requested immediately as an Instant Payout.

Deposited

Your invoice has been sent to your payout method. For standard payouts this can take 1-3 business days to arrive in your account. For instant payouts this can take up to 3-hours to arrive.

Note: The deposited status mean that your payout has been sent. While the transfer has been sent, the funds may not yet appear in your bank account balance. This status does not guarantee immediate access. Standard domestic transfers typically appear in 1-2 business days, and standard global transfers typically appear in 2-3 business days. Instant payouts arrive within minutes.

Needs Action

An invoice in the needs action state requires some intervention to be sent. Typically, you can find the action needed on your dashboard. If you need help with this please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team to assist.
