Before you can receive payouts on Wingspan, a few requirements need to be in place. There are two places to check — and it's worth checking both, if you have any invoices labeled "action required."
Check 1: Your Dashboard
Start at your dashboard. In general, any outstanding to-dos will appear here automatically. Work through any items listed until you see a confirmation that you're all set.
Check 2: Get Paid → Clients → Requirements
Even if your dashboard looks clear, some client-specific requirements may still be incomplete. To verify, go to Get Paid → Clients → Requirements to see if anything is missing that is not appearing on your to-do list.
This is the most reliable way to confirm you're fully set up to receive payouts from a specific client.
Common requirements
Tax identity verification
Pebl is required to verify your identity as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You'll be asked to provide personal information — and business information if you file through a business entity, during onboarding. Once complete, you'll see a confirmation that your identity has been verified.

Payout method You need a connected payout method to receive payments. If this shows as incomplete, add one on your payout methods page. Learn how to add or update a payout method →
Custom Requirements
Your Client may set their own custom requirements, such as signing an signature document or submitting a photo of your government issued ID.
