How to Enroll:
To enroll in Premium Perks, navigate to Lifestyle Benefits > Premium Perks.
In the top right corner of the page, you'll select the "enroll now" button.
On the next page, you'll confirm your personal information and address. Then, you'll select continue to payment to select your subscription billing preference (monthly or annual) and enter your payment information.
Wingspan partners with New Benefits to provide Premium Perks. When you subscribe, New Benefits will send you a membership kit that includes details about your benefits, along with any applicable membership cards for the services included.
